All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
